Frequently Asked Questions
What is the dress code?
Formal evening attire is requested. Gentlemen are asked to wear a bow tie and for ladies, we suggest floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses. We look forward to seeing you in your elegant best!
Are children invited?
Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we hope you understand that we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We will be having an ‘unplugged ceremony,’ meaning we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have arranged for a professional photographer and videographer to capture these special moments. After the ceremony, you’re welcome to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
Can I bring confetti?
Please refrain from bringing confetti as the venue has strict policies regarding its use. We will be providing confetti on the day that meets the venue’s requirements, so you can still join in the celebration!
What time can I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 1:30pm. If you are staying the night, we recommend arriving earlier to allow time for check-in.
What time is check-in?
Check-in can be made available from 12pm.
What time is breakfast served the following morning?
A full English breakfast will be provided for overnight guests at 9am in The Ballroom.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10am and the venue requests that all guests are off site by 10:30am.
